Douchebag Of The Day - FBI Agent Daniel Bradley

So, as some of you may or may not be aware, porn producer John Stagliano is facing criminal obscenity charges in a FEDERAL court of law for his videos. FBI Agent Daniel Bradly used to work in National Security, but is now in charge of the Obscenity division. He apparently has a hard on for Porn guys (seeing as most of them are allegedly tied into the mafia), and is prosecuting this particular Porn producer because his movies show "frequent close up shots of sex". Wow. So a tracking shot is okay? I stole that line from this article. I'm closely followin this case because a federal trial means they could hypotethetically change the way porn is shot and take away a lot of people's rights IMO.

You really don't think it's a big deal if they outlaw porn? Or even if they regulate the way it has to be filmed?

It's porn. If they start regulating things outside of porn then I might have a problem. They already regulate porn in varying ways from how its made to how its sold.

nah, it definitely is ridiculous but at the same time that article and your quotes are really inaccurate as to the problem with the films. The close ups were mentioned but are not the main reason for the prosecution.. the main reason is this is some freaky fetish weird ass shit this dude is making.

Yeah N3ro. They are not prosecuting because of close ups. It is freaky shit like ass to mouth, enemas, fisting, footing, - really extreme shit...

Their argument is this goes beyond regular porn and could really fuck with kids heads as it is readily available online.

Personally, I think it's bullshit, that ain't my thing, but as long as something is legal then let people do whatever freaky shit they do and film it, but articles like that always slant and put the focus on minor shit.
