SMH, I'm sure you've got mad Wu albums in your Top 50 that aren't consensus classics. |

Dude, I've seen some of the stuff you consider classics, and this trumps 90% of it. This is considered at least 4.5 stars by most of hip-hop nation so tell your Nas-hating story walking. |

Ummmmm learn to read dude. I said that it's considered 4.5 to MOST OF HIP HOP NATION. I consider it a classic though personally. You don't even like Illmatic, so your opinion on Nas albums is completely worthless and invalid. |

And you're a K-Rino, UGK, Mac-Dre, Seagram, and Nickatina groupie stan. Does that make your opinion on those artists irrelevant? If not, then you're just being a condescending hypocrite. |

And SRP is just fucking with KJ as usual.

Slang actually keeps his wu love in check and is pretty even handed when voting on threads... others can't seem to be able to hide their hard ons for their favorites and let it influence them too much. |

| I never said it did, but I have said that if you're not feelin an artists best shit then your opinions on their other shit won't be taken seriously.
Illmatic is considered a classic and one of the GOAT's by even non-Nas stans. Stillmatic is considered a near classic by most with the only consensus weak track being Braveheart Party. So to say it can't be considered classic even objectively is some straight up bullshit.
You know what, I wanna see your Top 50 from the East. List them man, please. I wanna see what on that list is truly worthy. You don't necessarily have to list them in order, but please list them. |

| I mentioned Stillmatic is a 4.5 star album that doesn't deserve a top 50 spot because all those should be 5 star albums. Your groupie ass is so stuck on nas' dick you get your panties in a bunch for no reason. |

LOL...4.5 is a high ass rating for a album not to be top 50 especially regionally. Maybe you are a East Coast Rap Pro? |

| Let's do some maff. Hip hop is over 25 years old. If on average each region produced around 2 classic albums a year then the top fiddy could easily consist of nothing but 5 star albums. |

Lifestyles is NOT more consistent than Stillmatic, not even close. And if Stillmatic is a 4.5 star album to you then you can't honestly say that it couldn't be considered an classic objectively like you said above. List your Top 50 from the East, or at least Top 25. And to Slang, you're the only person I know who has The W rated as a classic, so pot calling the kettle black.

Rule and My Country are great songs. Co-Sign, Rule is my 3rd favorite song on the album behind One Mic and Ether. |

Did I stutter???? YES I said that. I like You're The Man, but that's maybe my 6th favorite song on the album at best. In addition to the tracks I named, I also have Rewind and Got Yaself A Gun ahead of it as well. I don't see how anyone can say Rule isn't a good song. Nas' messages and lyrics were outstanding, as was Amerie's singing of the Tears For Fears hook. |

| I'll just have to respectfully disagree with you on this one KJ. My Top 3 would be One Mic, Ether and You're The Man. Although, I am a Nas fan, Rule & My Country never did anything for me. So with Braveheart Party being on here, that's why I have this at a 4.5 | |

SMH, I'm sure you've got mad Wu albums in your Top 50 that aren't consensus classics. lets see Wu albums in my east top 50: 36 Chambers Wu Tang Forever OBFCL Liquid Swords Tical Ironman Supreme Clientele Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars Heres the thing though...thats 2 Wu albums, 2 Ghost albums, 1 Gza album, 1 Meth album, and 1 Raekwon album... Nas has two albums in my east top 50...Illmatic and It Was Written So on an artist by artist basis Nas has the same amt of albums as Wu and Ghost, but more than Gza, Meth, and Raekwon i wouldnt really call it stanning since you probably have something like 4 Nas solo albums the rest of my east top 50 is pretty evenly spread out the only "stan" pick i might have included is the Killarmy album | |

| top 50 easily! Also from Nas...Illmatic...The Lost Tapes....It Was Written and maybe even Untitled get top 50 from the east coast of all-time and there ain't no Nas "stanning" involved in it baby bubba! Good hip-hop is good hip-hop...thats all there is to it and the funny thing about it all is that IMO Nas is a better emcee than anyone who is in the Wu-Tang Clan....including GZA, Deck, Ghostface and Meth...I think he's better than all of those guys and those guys are great emcees in their own right....and I certainly think Nas is better than Big L could've ever been, and Big L is no slouch either All of this talk about Nas this or Nas that is outright CORNY man.....that dude is one of the greatest hip-hop ARTISTS to ever even think about laying hands on the mic....anyone remotely aware of good hip-hop music should be able to see this without it being shown to them IMO.....Nas has done that himself over and over and over again....people are entitled to like whatever it is that they like but to question Nas's talents seems stupid to me......he hasn't been perfect throughout his career but he's still one of the greatest emcees to ever do it.....this is self explanatory IMO! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nas | |
