Neither. It's a great album, but I have to be in a certain mood to listen to jazz rap. There are alot of other albums that I can listen to anytime without having to be in a mood for it.

The east is way too competitive but this is a cool album. I actually prefer their debut better.

Their follow-up "Blowout Comb" is better IMO, but this is still top 50 for me.

Neither. Blowout Comb makes it though. Ish is an underrated mc. He's gotten better as time goes by, glad he's reppin' Seattle hard these days!

I haven't drawn up a top 100 list yet or anything, but I gotta go top 50 here, and to be perfectly honest it might be higher if not for the fact that "Blowout Comb" is a vastly superior LP. Digable OWNED that jazz-rap, and "Where I'm From" cannot be fronted on.

I couldn't get into Blowout, some of that shit just did not sound right to me. Reachin just has a way better sound to me. But with that being said

Neither, and I don't consider this a 5 star album, maybe 4.5 on a good day. It's just a little too chill for me. I mean if I want to chill its perfect...but there are spots on this one where you could slip into a coma if you aren't careful. I'm not dissing the album, it has great beats and the lyricism is on point. But I mean this is just sooooo chill haha. It sounds like I need to get Blowout Comb pronto though.
