I'm giving a neither to Biz because he doesn't score high enough in all of my voting criteria
he's had one classic "Goin' Off"
a ton of major singles, but he didn't write alot of his own lyrics (Kane did more than a few of them for him)
he was like the original "clown" of hip-hop, also his influence/impact numbers go way up when you consider what he meant to the culture on the beatboxing tip, he was one of the best to do that behind only Doug. E. Fresh IMO, but he still IMO doesn't have enough to be in the top 100 hip-hop acts of all-time
