4 stars to me as well, this had some really dope guest appearances that keep it fresh and beats by Jazze Pha and N-Titty from Dru Hill (as well as others) kept Cap with dope soundscapes to provide a fresh debut.
Also, this dude sounds exactly like Jay-Z, if he could flow like Twista. So how you could call him dry I'll never know, Kev. You just hate on guys that spit faster than 60 bpm.

I heard the album but it was gaffled. I only got 2 spins from it back in the day. ...Never got around to getting this again
