| Yeah, i know a lot of people consider their first 3 albums to be classics. I just don't see it with this one, but i admit it deserves another spin from me to safely say that. I can see the classic rating for LET and MM though. | |

Cosign on LET and MM. I haven't spun those in a while either, but I will soon. |

Wow, you the first person I know to say that Half. I have to respectively disagree on this one. In no way is Tribe's first album on the level of MM. |

| I guess 4 stars. This is my 4th fav album from Tribe. And this isn't in the same stratosphere as MM. Then again only a handful of albums are. | |

Damn right, It's obvious who they are. Bitch ass homos. Anyways, this is a 5 star album easily. Myers, you should spin this album again. I agree that the latter two are better but the gap between them isn't that much. I think Tip was outstanding on this album. The reason I like The Low End Theory (my fav) and Midnight Marauders better was the emergence of Phife Dawg. He was in complete beast mode on TLET and showed it at times on MM as well. He was just getting his feet wet on this album, but Q-Tip more than held his own on the mic and behind the boards with Ali. And Beats Rhymes & Life is NOWHERE NEAR AS GOOD as this album. |

Beats, Rhymes... 6. The Love Moment I got the first three at 5 stars but I probably listen to Beats, Rhymes & Life the most these days |

| I give this one...not quite 5 stars. 4.5, maybe a little higher. And yeah, it has been a while, so maybe I don't know what I'm talking about.
I agree with The Best New Poster's list though. | |
