It's a neither. Dunno if this is even one of Screw's top mixes... I think its dope but really like a greatest hits type thing with all the h-town classics on it. For compilations DJ Screw's The Legend would make my top 50.

Honestly, no I haven't. But it's a mixtape and I can't see a mixtape making a Top 50, not even in the South.

I mean, DJ Screw probably wouldn't make your southern top 50, but this is more of a compilation album than a mixtape. DJ Screws other stuff were mixtapes though a lot of them had exclusive freestyles on em, some as long as 40 minutes.
