KJ...while I highly doubt you've heard nearly enough Bizzy solo to make that statement, you'd have to be on crack to say something like that. Bizzy has arguably dropped 3 classics (Gift, Song 4 U, and Beginning & The End), four 4 four star albums (Trials & Tribulations, Heaven'z Movie, Midwest Cowboy, Thug's Revenge, Crossroads 2010) and a bunch of 3.5 material. Bone's discog is pretty equal with Bizzy's solo career.

theres nothing wrong with taking the group setting into consideration here, a verse is a verse and when Bizzy's bringing his A game he's greater than Jay-Z IMO
