K-Rino is light years ahead of 'Face lyrically, but his superior messages have reached far less people. The fact that there are tons of people here in Houston that have never even heard of K-Rino goes to show his lack of visibility. A strictly underground artist cannot be the GOAT even if he has skills that are equal to or greater than the best well-known artists because his music has affected a relatively infinitesimal amount of lives.

I voted for Scarface too. He's top 15 to me. I was just trying to throw out a rationale for why someone would pick a less skilled artist (not trying to slight 'Face) in a GOAT contest.
