GGOAT and/or GFOAT?

After we crown the GOAT emcee I want to do another bracket style poll on the greatest group and/or greatest female emcee.

Which one would you guys like to see next? Or none?

I was kind of suspect of doing the GGOAT because I feel that Wu Tang or Outkast are going to win that easily so what will be the point of going threw all those polls. Any thoughts?

Do them both Kev on this forum you never know whose going to win mane....Company Flow might win greatest group of all-time in here so you never know...and there's been more than enough dope female emcees to do that poll too...that one should be interesting in here as well especially since there are so many heads in here intimidated by PUSSY...lol

In my opinion, those are the top 2, but there are groups tha may surprise people given the right match up like EPMD, Run DMC, Mobb Deep, Gangstarr, Beastie Boys, Geto Boys(including Willie Damn D), UGK, Ball & MJG, NWA, Bone, and quite a few others. It's not so much the outcome that i care about. I just enjoy the convo. I mean we could get some good debate if a group like Bone went up against Brand Nubian or whatever.

A female mc thread would be ok, but really not enough people are passionate about female mc's, and Lyte is the blatantly obvious winner.

L-Boogie is her only competiton IMO, and yeah I agree even if only 5 people (although I think it'll be a few more than that) participate it'll still be fun.

I'll participate in a femcee tourney.

what happens if Wu or Kast face off in the first round? then the tourney gets weird...

Lyte is better, but Lauryn is in the same elite class IMO.

Maybe in terms of lyrics, but Lauryn has two dope albums, and that's it. And, Jean Grae and Invincible are better than herr, lyrically.

Oh yeah and for the record a group will be a group. Whether its 8 members or 2 members where one raps and the other produces.
