| By All Means Necessary is my favorite, and his best IMO. The production was a nice step-up, and KRS became more lyrical. And the singles were better...IMO. | |

| Criminal Minded all day! By All Means Necessary is a close 2nd.
This is another case of one album having the best song (By All Means with "My Philosophy") but Criminal Minded is the better overall album. It has the most standout tracks IMO such as The Bridge Is Over, the title track, Poetry, South Bronx, 9MM Goes Bang, Elementary, Remix to P is Free, and Super Hoe among others.
CM is among my top 10 albums of all time. |

| Criminal Minded is tied for my number 1 album of all time. I like it better because it's so much more raw sounding. | |

Yeah I like the production too. Some people knock it, but it's seriously DOPE which is why sooo many people STILL sample it to this day. |

| No love for Ghetto Music with trks like
Jack Of Spades Breath Control You Must Learn The Blueprint Gimme Dat
By All Means may be tied with this one for me though, Criminal Minded would come in maybe after Edutainment for me. |

| I'm surprised 2 people picked Sex and Violence. That album is dope, but easily in last place among BDP's catalog.
And Kev, I respect your opinion but I disagree with it. Ghetto Music and Edutainment are classics for sure but not better than Criminal Minded. |

Yeah I like the production too. Some people knock it, but it's seriously DOPE which is why sooo many people STILL sample it to this day. I still do not see how anybody can say the production is better on Criminal Minded than it is on every other BDP album. And BTW, By All Means Necessary gets sampled a shit load. I may even say it gets sampled more than Criminal Minded.

Countless!! By All Means is dope too, but it doesn't get sampled as much as CM. |

Black Star did somewhat of a cover of Stop The Violence. You're probably right, but BAMN gets sampled a hell of a lot as well.
