Paul's Boutique is dope, but i don't think it's as good as Licensed To Ill. As a matter of fact, i don't think Paul's Boutique is the Dust Brothers best produced album, but that's irrelevant.

Paul's Boutique is the Dust Brothers best album IMO. But I could see it being even with Beck's "Odelay" as well...which is also a personal classic. What else were you thinking? Anyway, I just thought the production was even nicer of Paul's Boutique, and it had more diverse material....more focused as well IMO. Both are obviously classics IMO though.

That's my #3 favorite and has my two favorite Beasties songs on there - "Pass the Mic" & "So What'cha Want". The instrumental portion of the album is also excellent IMO. Very innovative, but I still like their first two more.

| Paul's Boutique is an all-time great, perhaps the greatest hip hop album ever assembled. How can you sample all that music and put it together? Wow, man, what a piece of art. | |

I like Paul's Boutique, but LTI was the Beastie's at their absolute best. The replay value is endless.
