This is actually pretty tough but I'll go with Lox...

I guess Brand Nubian since they have the only classic album between the 2. I really don't see how The Lox deserved to be in the tourney. SNP deserves to be in the tourney more than The Lox.

I'd say the two groups are even in lyrical skill. I agree that Jamar is the weakest member of either group but he's held his own (All For One, Punks Jump Up To Get Beat Down, Love Me Or Leave Me Alone, Don't Let It Go To Your Head)

But discography wise is where Brand Nubian KILLS the Lox. One For All slaughters both Lox group albums, and In God We Trust and Foundation are at least on par with We Are The Streets. I'd take Puba's Reel To Reel over any Lox solo album as well.

I like Reel To Reel and Wild Cowboys, but neither of them are fuckin with One For All, and I'd say In God We Trust and Foundation are on par with those albums as well. I actually like IGWT better than Wild Cowboys.

I can't completely disagree with you here Terry....I mean both Puba and Jada are top 20 of all-time talents IMO and Styles and D are pretty competitive although I have D ahead of him but the back breaker IMO is Sheek vs. Jamar where I've got Sheek in a damn rout...lol....Sheek is kinda underrated and very nasty on that mic device my dude....
