Hell On Earth, actually is the superior album. I feel its a darker album and the overall sound of the album is my favorite. P rips both albums but a lot of my favorite verses come from this one.

And one thing I will give Hell On Earth the edge to is the darker tone, I'm with you here.

The Infamous reached higher highs. The production is a wash imo, and P is better on Hell On Earth.

Nah, P was better on Hell On Earth. Havoc was better lyrically on Tha Infamous, though.

Havoc better lyrically on Infamous, I disagree with that one. There are some albums where Havoc stood out more than P lyrically, but Infamous isn't one of them.

I think that overall, Hell on Earth is the better album, but I prefer Infamous just a little bit more, personally.

HOE sounds like one loooong ass song to me. Lyrically its dope but the beats were not that interesting imo.

I don't agree with that at all. Infamous is better but Hell On Earth sounding like one long song? You must not have spun that album very much. The beats on that joint are very different and distinct. The theme on a lot of songs is similar, but not the beats.

Both albums are classics IMO.

Darker themed albums tend to have tracks that sounds the same. If you're not paying full attention, it can indeed sound like a long song.

And i choose Hell On Earth...its an overall better album, production is ridiculous and lyrically P is on a completely different level, and its not even remotely close.

Infamous will always have Eye for an Eye, Shook Ones, Survival of the Fittest, Right Back at You, and Drink Away the Pain...

but ill put Hell On Earth (Frontlines), Still Shinin, Drop a Gem on Em, Apostles Warning, and Nighttime Vultures, and God Pt. III on close to the same level of classicness as those songs, and ill take the rest of HOE slightly over the rest of Infamous

Just to bring Infamy back up, it's not wack, just "very good". It's better than Blood Money for sure, but Amerikaz Nightmare, for example, not seeing it.

Hey Luv is ok, but I think it's one of the wacker tracks on the album.

I love both albums but considering the fact that The Infamous comes in at about #11 on my all time list, I've got to go with it. Murda Muzik isn't that far behind Hell On Earth though. That's a 4.5 album.

I didn't look at anybody's anything before writing this. I don't think Infamous can hang with Hell On Earth in any imaginable sense. Hell On Earth ranks probably in my top 5 albums of the 90s. Just perfect.

I did recently and honestly I couldn't wait until it ended. It has no life in it as a whole to me. A track here and there I can appreciate it more. Maybe becasue I was in the car is why I feel this way.

Hell On Earth has better continuity for me. I find it easier to listen to the whole way through, still a close one.

I think Infamous kills HOE. As has been said, higher highs, more memorable songs individually, better guests, and I even prefer much of the production...HOE is certainly darker but I like the soulful sounds on "Temperature's Rising," "Up North Trip," and "Trife Life" best.

Temperature's Rising may well be my fav song on the Infamous on any given day.

I give a slight edge to Hell On Earth, the beats there are just insane. Infamous is a great classic, Hell On Earth is more granitic from a sound point of view. I mean, I wish I'd colud still hear beats like Hell One Hearth, Shook Ones Pt. II, Godfather PT. III, Drop A Gem On'Em, and Extortion. Darkest beats I've ever heard!
