Aquemini. Outkast just has that quality where their albums are so far ahead of their time that they still sound fresh and unique every time you spin them. Illmatic is rediculous and deserves it's respect but it doesn't have the same replay value to me.

Completely co-sign. Just about every song on Illmatic is 5 stars.

I disagree. One Time 4 Your Mind is not a 5 star track for me and same goes for One Love. Not trying to nitpick or start an argument but those songs, while not skip tracks, aren't as polished as the rest of the album. The only One Love version I like is the one MF Doom redid.

Nas' version shits on Doom's version. One Love from Illmatic is easily a 5 star song. In fact it's one of my favorites from the album.

One Time For Your Mind is the one song on the album that isn't 5 stars, but I'd give it 4-4.5 easily.

Overall Illmatic is the best album of all time IMO

Well we will have to agree to disagree. I love Doom's version a lot better. I'm a Doom stan and really dig his production. The version on the album is a bit mellow for my liking. Not to say I hate it by any means.

No doubting Illmatic's credentials. Don't confuse me for a Nas hater. He's the #3 MC in my book behind Del and Rakim.
