Heather B is one of the most rawest female emcees of all-time IMO....Kris must have saw that in her when he signed her...but for this one I'm going with Foxy....her overall career is just too strong for Heather B

Foxy wins. But like Powell said Heather B was no joke. I think Heather was more of a rapper easily than Foxy. Heather was str8 raw and unmolded to a degree. Foxy comes off manufactured at times. But Foxy has the catalog over Heather.
