I'm the same way Powell, I have a Top 50+ for Rakim as well. I think this one was the hardest for me thus far because on any given day there's at least 3-4 other songs that could make my list.

Under that scenario I would rec them Paid In Full (the album) and then go down the line with his catalog. I'm sure that every hip hop fan even the young ones from everywhere have heard Paid In Full the song. Rakim is most likely their favorite rappers favorite rapper, as he's been quoted by so many MC's over the years and still is today.

Where is day 10?

LOL, i don't think he got the threads confused. I think my avatar made him think of Dope-E.

I'd be ok with Dope-E being included since he's my 2nd fav from the SPC, but i'm not sure he really belongs.
