Huge release day. What are you planning on coppin? All these are scheduled to be released on March 8th:

Lupe Fiasco "Lasers"
Raekwon "Shaolin vs."
Reks "R.E.K.S."
Krs-One/Showbiz
Pete Rock/Smif-N-Wessun

Lupe, Rae, and Reks are definite buys for me. Have to hear something good about the last 2 before i'll buy them though.

The two tracks I've heard from the KRS/Showbiz joint sound promising, better than Meta-Historical.

Only must buys are Rae, Reks, and Lupe for me also. The rest i'll try before I buy.

The only one I won't be copping is the Krs-One/Showbiz. The first 3 are first day buys (if I can find the REKS at Best Buy).

lupe is a very boring rapper

the lupe album gonna suck, heard it already with the release of his other albums. only good artist on the list is reakwon. The rest I could do without.

You forgot to mention the release of WC - Revenge of The Barracuda which is one I will probably cop on release date.

Lasers has way too many wack tracks released already to deserve any of my beer money. Raekwon could be good but I have my doubts. Same goes for Reks, although that is definitely the most appealing to me. I'll have to try the rest out too. Vakill, however, I will buy. Whenever that comes out.

More than likely it will be the Rae and Lupe for me. The Cool wasn't as good as Food & Liquor but I will still get Lasers. The KRS/Showbiz is already on Itunes. It's 11 tracks, with only 4 being over 3 minutes. So I will be staying away from that one. If you all say the Pete Rock/Smif N Wessun is good then I will get that one some time in the future.

The Pete Rock/Smif N Wessun collab album isn't coming out on March 8th. Remember, the Pharaoh Monche has to drop first, which is the 22nd of March I believe. So, be on the lookout for Pete Rock/Smif N Wessun around April. Besides, Duck Down hasn't done any promos for either album except release a single or two. Also, I haven't heard any updates either. What's up with Duck Down. Not to mention, where is Rock's solo album?

Never really heard a full Reks album...well, I take that back. I DL'ed Grey Hairs when it dropped and didn't really care for it....same with Reks guest spots. I don't know. I can't even remember what his voice sounds like. As you can tell, he made quite the impression on me. haha

I love Grey Hairs. I still spin countless tracks from that like Pray For Me, Say Goodnight, My Life, Stages, Grey Hairs, Money On The Ave...at least half of the tracks are still bangers to me.

I know Half. I've read the same review a shit load of times. Not sure what I'm missing about this guy....
