| Ok, i have a bit of a gripe. I've seen it before, and it happened again this year. I hate when a coach is selected as coach of the year, and one of his players is selected as MVP/most outstanding player. If the player is so great, did the coach really do that great of a coaching job, or if the coach is so great, did the player really do that great of a job? The whole thing seems a bit lame to me. Thoughts? | |

You bring up an interesting point, but I can't think of an example in which a player has won an MVP because of the system they're in, unless you're talking about the Heisman Trophy. | |
