I'm going with Latifah in this one, if it were Lyte As A Rock then it'd be a different story.

And Kev, All Hail The Queen was HOT a house music album, some of her later albums were but not this one.

i havent heard the Lyte but ill go Latifah

I have not heard either in full, but Lyte would win based on the songs i have heard.
