| Before viewing, i really wanted to like this movie. While the cinematography was great, the potential was soon shot down by god-awful,cheesy dialogue, bad acting, holes in the plot and good ol' Spike Lee overdoings(the harsh racism of every white American soldier shown, the stupidness and mystic personality of 'the little boy' and an ending thats all too 'conveniant')...if your still curious, watch it, im just saying it was a letdown..

| I saw it, thought it was ok. Some good battle scenes, but it was pretty slow for me. That one chick was pretty hot though (you know who I'm talking about). | |

Oh yeah..niiiiice rack, gorgeous body..too bad she gets murked.. ..most war movies tend to go thru slow periods, so i didnt mind those parts. Bad acting, cheesy/bad dialogue and that 'too conveniant, cherry on the top conclusion' put a bad taste in my mouth....

I'm surprised to see someone list Heartbreak Ridge. I would have mentioned it, but i didn't think too many people would be familiar with it. It's one of my favorite movies too. It may not be Clint Eastwood's best, but it's my personal favorite of his.

| yeah, most of his Westerns are good. I prefer Unforgiven over all of his Spaghetti Westerns, but The Man With No Name Trilogy is still great. | |
