I like 112 better than Jagged Edge personally

I think they were about even. I give a slight edge to 112 but Jagged Edge clearly had their moments as well. I don't think one group was way better than the other.

JE is beating the shit outta 112 a least to me.

..and that's why you should stick to Willie D, DJ Quik and K Rino, Kev...lol I am fans of both gropus and I have all of the CDs of both groups. If you say Jagged Edge or 112 by a slight edge then I understand, but there is no landslide victory here.

REAL TALK, especially the first part! I liked Jagged Edge's first two albums, but Jagged Little Thrill is when they started to fall off IMO.

Man JE has more favored songs than 112 around these neck of the woods. JE remixes alone mashes most 112 songs and thats no disrespect to 112. They did aiight but JE makes better r&b music imo. And I own some of thier albums but I prefer listening to Willie D, Rino, and Quik you know because I have a dick & balls.

As for your statement, of course they're more favored in your neck of the woods because JE reps the south and 112 reps the east. I'd say 112's remixes are better than JE's. I'd take Diddy & The Hitmen over Jermaine Dupri anyday, but different strokes for different folks. Both groups are dope but I prefer 112.

just for the record Kev both of these groups are from the South....the ATL to be exact as a matter of fact 112 (the name) comes from an old hip-hop/r&b club that used to be in the ATL....I've been to that club.....it was a pretty banging spot.....

Well I never thought they were from the east coast. It didn't matter anyway, I was just messing around with Terry's comment. I do remember that now that you mentioned it though. That club was pretty popular in the late 90's.

There are kids in high school right now that were conceived to 112s first album. Ask around, lol

I'm a 112 fan. This is one of VERY few groups where all the members can sing well enough to sing lead.

And Kev, JE might have a lil more hood appeal behind that JD production but they ain't messin with 112 overall.

Well thats why variety is the spice of life because to me 112 music lacks replay value. I'm not a big fan of JE per say but their music is more memorable.

First off, to this listener, Jagged Edge>>>>>>112 easily.
