Tipping Point or How I Got Over. But Rising Down and Game Theory are a must also. Just all of their newer albums.

These are my ratings exactly except I have HIGO a bit higher.

Yeah. How I Got Over is more of a 4.5 star album too....I mean I definitely gave it a 4.5 when it dropped. I haven't bumped it in a while. I'll probably be listening to a lot of Roots soon anyway since the new album dropped and it's so dope....always makes me dig into their older work. This is just a group you can't go wrong with.

Yeah, them and Tribe are my favorite groups of all time.

All Roots albums are at least 4 stars IMO unless you count Organix.

Also get that movie Brooklyn Babylon which stars Black Thought to really have a definitive collection. Why would they have a Philly rapper in a movie about Brooklyn, was Jeru the Damaja not available? Its like when they had Schoolly D do the soundtrack for King Of NewYork

Don't forget the two EPs and the double disc live album either, Wayne. They're all dope. I can upload them if need be. The EPs are a pain in the ass to get a hold of and may not be worth the loot that folks want for them.

The live album comes in single disc format as well, but with less material (obviously)...
