Slim Shady LP...top 10 ish album ever

Eminem, though I have to say that this Gza album had potential but it was just wayyy too inconsistent. I remember buying it the day it came out because Rap Pages gave the shit an A+. I was disappointed, but not colassally.

i actually think this GZA album is really good, its his second best IMO but i agree it can get inconsistent in parts. I dont understand why people talk bad about this album

People were probably expecting something as great as Liquid Swords all over again. I agree with inconsistent at times also, but I think people (myself included) had lofty expectations that this album didn't live up to. I still thoroughly enjoyed it, but I'd be lying if I didn't say I wasn't at least a little bit disappointed.

Anyways, my vote goes to Eminem, though I wouldn't cry if he lost against this GZA album.

Grandmasters is his 2nd best to me then Beneath then Legend, and Pro is last. Personally I think Grandmasters is classic.

Grandmasters is a classic to me too.

i love Grandmasters but i think this album is slightly better i cant fully explain why. Gza had the energy on this album that he didnt have on Grandmasters and i really enjoyed that

Just a guess, but I'd imagine him being 6 years younger might have had something to do with that.

I like both albums, but I skip fewer tracks on Grandmasters than BTS.
