| Anyone heard Kero One's new joint?
Shit is pretty tight. Production is on point as usual and is once again the highlight of the album. It's still very jazzy and soulful, but it's a bit more expanded influence-wise than his first album. As usual, his rapping is very basic. But he does have a nice voice and tone that fits nicely with jazz music.

| I give this 4.5 after a few months. I fucking love this album. I would say it is more than hip hop, so purists steer clear.
I agree that production is the highlight, but don't get it twisted. There's nothing wrong with this guy as an emcee. He's just not mindblowing.

It is definitely more far-reaching than just hip-hop. Got a lot of R&B and jazz in there. I like the mash-up quite a bit and it could get a higher rating with more spins. Nothing wrong with his rapping at all. He vibes with the production more than anything. He's a good writer and has a nice voice and vision for the album. Really, the lyricism is not supposed to be the highlight of an album like this though.
