u got so-called gangsta rappers doin rnb pop bubblegum bullshit...east south coast are the biggest sellouts of all...99% of rappers on the westcoast never go on tv just to get some tv time...they dont go on twitter and e-beef just for publicity...and no westcoast rapper has ever shot themselves or set up a robbery involving former nba icon sebastian telfair

I agree the West Coast does stay pure to its roots. I said it before...The east coast used to look down on gangster rap, even rappers who used profanity. Kool Moe Dee once said rappers that curse do it to cover their lack of skill. Ever since ONYX came out with BACDAFUCUP, all the sudden east coast rappers started cursing the rappin' about guntalk. Now there were gangster rappers from the East before Onyx, but they weren't multi-platinum like Onyx...get my drift. Dont get me started on the south. Before the south got the spotlight they were staying true. They made that laid-back get high music. That slow rap music, except for Miami bass. But as soon as record companies started showing some real interest they were cooning all over the place. YASSABOSS. On top of that they're all of the sudden big time hustlers and drug dealers.

But the west coast may have one of the fakest rappers in history...THEGAME.
