I thought this album would be just some thrown together leftover trks but it does not sound that way. These emcee's are going in and the production is very much on point, fitting the lyrical content very well.

Damn, since it got pushed back I forgot all about this. Kinda worried since it's so much Sheek. Is it a more Wu or LOX type feel to this album?

More Wu-Gambino Rae/Ghost feel which is closer to the LOX I think than RZA Wu.

I checked it out on Spotify on Tuesday, and I think it's very good, but feel as though it's missing something. It'll be a definite revisit before I decide whether I buy it or not.

It looks like it should have been called a Ghostface/Sheek collab with guest spots by all the others.

It has good production, and the lyrics are tight. I would have liked here more from Jadakiss, Styles P and Method Man.

However, it is worth buying. It has good replay value. I have it at 3.75 stars after about three spins.

Agree, but put me at 4-4.5 stars. And spell "here" as "hear" for me, haha. I checked the liner notes and couldn't believe the only producer I recognized was Frank Dukes, and that's only cuzza the Iron Fists soundtrack.

Standouts are Crack Spot Stories, Comin' For Ya Head, Take Notice, Different Time Zones, Stick Up Kids (track order, but probably quality order too oddly enough)

I did some reading, and the album is in fact being billed as a Ghostface/Sheek collab. Doesn't matter. It's still a dope LP. It's really starting to grow on me.

Yeah it was never supposed to be a full-on collab, just those two and their friends.

After the review on hiphopdx, I was a little skeptical but i would say this is around 4 stars. It is good to see Styles, Jada, Rae and Meth on at least 2 tracks as well.

this is a dope album, one of the most vulgar albums in a while which is great, beats bang, this was a very solid release...about 4-4.25 stars

Album is FIRE! My 3rd fav album of the year behind Life Is Good and RAP Music. 4.25 stars.

I just got Wu Block about a month ago and spun it once and liked it for what it was.

My most spun album for 2012 is Nas - Life is Good though.
