Too Short Top 5

I have a youngster who wants to hear some Too Short so what would be your Top 5 Recommendations?

Life is too short

Can't remember much but those are definitely his best ones. I remember liking his 2 first albums too. They are very rare and not well known. "Don't stop rapping" and "Players", but they have very old school sound, so some might not like them so much. I Haven't listened his albums (except samples) after "Gettin it" (1996). All his earlier albums are ok, IMO.

I've only heard from Life Is... through Gettin' It. And some of Born To Mack. I'd recommend any of those though. The two PKT mentioned, Get In Where Ya Fit In, and Cocktails are my favorites of his.

How was Born to Mack?

I'm not a big fan of Born To Mack. But most of that is due to I did not hear that album until much later like a decade + after it dropped.

Its mos def ole school and hasn't aged well at all. I know its the album that put Short out there though.
