Let's go to Cincinnati and check out Hi-Tek. He released a cd with Talib, and then went on to throw out 3 solos with rappers from everyone invited to rap over them. He's worked with Raekwon, Cormega, 50 Cent, Xzibit and the Game.

I'm gonna say #50. Like, he just gets in on the strength of Train of Thought and Hi Teknology, but his other work, while consistently dope, hardly stands out, IMO.

I agree Nor but i'm actually thinking 51 or so. But I voted Stoupe in and I like Hi tek beats more so top 50 (48-50).

He could make the back end of the top 25, but he fits comfortably at in the top 50.

You're not including Black Star in that equation? I would, but I do feel J. Rawls has the best beat on the CD...
That said, easily top 50 for me....probably between 35-40.

Forgot about Black Star... Good point. He's still in the upper 40's for me, though.
