rock, folk, classic R&B and soul (not much modern), country (NOT pop-country, nothing on CMT), blues, some jazz, funk and reggae but not a lot, and I have a small amount of classical on vinyl that I put on sometimes.

Jazz, Rock (soft/hard/whatever...long as it isn't death metal), Reggae, Ambient, Downtempo, D&B, Old School R&B/Soul from the mid 50's all the way up to about '97 or '98 (shit is wack nowadays), Pop, Dance, Go-Go (love it), Funk (ditto), Blues, and Folk.
Hell, pretty much anything outside of *all* country and some metal. I'm open to a lot of different styles.

I listen to everything. Classic rock is probably my 2nd love...along with alternative rock. Ween is my favorite (more modern) rock band. I have a lot of Grunge and post-Grunge. Lotsa punk. Love the jazz...including vocal jazz standards like the Rat Pack and Billie Holiday. Soul, R&B, funk...Country, but not that newer shit...Johnny Cash is one of my favorites. Folk/Blues Rock...Bob Dylan my favorite songwriter ever. Other all time favorites include Green Day (even though they disappointed me for the first time ever this year) & Pink Floyd.

Pussy farts. I love listening to that. You know you did your job. I can't say Im too enthused about music outside of Hip Hop as far as whole album wise, except blues man Hound Dog Taylor. Just like listening to songs. In a way I am a popbopper cause I like and only know old school radio songs. 80's stuff.

Jazz, old R&B, Reggae (dancehall, and roots), some new R&B is cool, but I stay away from most of it, Funk, and some trip hop.

I would say check out Vs. by Pearl Jam, that and the 2 you mentioned are my favorites from them. The rest is just ok for me, their new album really doesnt seem like their style so stay away from that.
The only albums from Nonpoint i have heard are To the Pain and Statement so i dont know what their new stuff is like but they are still around.

Like Cory said, I'd go for "Vs.". The follow-up to "Ten". I personally love that record. "Vitalogy" wasn't one of their best IMO...despite being the first record I owned by them. "Spin The Black Circle" & "Better Man" are great songs, but their aren't that many standouts on there IMO. Their new record is actually damn good, and my buddy, who is a Pearl Jam fanatic, likes "Yield" the best. "Vs." has the best Pearl Jam song of all time IMO - "Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town".

hate to say it but hip hop is only 2nd to classic rock in my books... cream, jimi, led, dylan, CSNY, jefferson airplane and prob my favorite artist of all time, rodriguez... i know hes HUGE in SA, is he quite well heard of there in US of A too?
Other than that drum & Bass gets a lotta spins, house music when im on the sauce, bitta country when im out in the bush, an im really digging kings o leon's older shit lately, hate their new album..
Ironic thing is ive got about nine times more hip hop than all my other music combined despite my prefs. ill always come back to it, perfect example, last two months or so i been at the Vaal dam listening to nothing but stones, zep et al... an i couldnt wait to get back and spin cunnin's new cd, or diamond districts (fuckin scorching!!!!!) album... just something bout that mistress you always keep running back to regardless of your loving wife at home whom youve been with for years....
