| Do you mean in 2009? If so I'd say Rae, followed by Souls Of Mischief. |

| Would Grand Puba count? If so, my vote goes to him. If not, i'll go with Rakim. | |

| I mean period. Which emcee has disappeared or sunk to wackness (raekwon) and made the strongest come back?
Personally I think Sean Price gets the nod cause he dissapeared and came back with a vengeance. |

Good call. I've spun that album a shit load of times. Personally though, I like B-Real's album a bit more. That's probably my #2. My pick is the new Souls Of Mischief. Can't stop spinning it. Crown City Rockers was a solid comeback since they only got the 1 album from 2004. Same with E&A, minus the solid part. | |

| I''l say Eminem, a lot of poeple doubted him after Encore and Re-Up.
Runners up Raekwon, Rakim, B Real, and Puba. |

| Right now it's a three way tie between Jay Z, Rakim and Eminem, if we're talking about 2009. | |
