cuts like Bloody Money, TONY, La, La, Illegal Life, Halfway Thugs will always be in rotation, whle album can be played front to back tho

and i actually think War Report 2 will be a return to form for CNN

Hell naw...I remember this album being boring as fuck. I'll take Nore's solo album over this one. I may need to revisit this one though.

Co sign War Report is leaps and bounds better than NORE, its like comparing the Colts to the Browns

The War Report beats were not all that to me but NORE had the betta beats, hooks, and songs imo. I luv that song TONY but thats about it. I'll revisit this album again.

I'll vote when I've heard it. However I heard Tragedy had more appearances on it than Capone. Is that true?

Yeah that's true because Capone got locked up halfway into recording the album.

Capone couldn't see Willie D with cyborg robotic eyes and a megapowered telescope. Capone talks about nothing, Willie D says some real life shit. Never disrespect a legend with a second class citizen. Fa real.

The hype surrounding this album escapes me. While I do like it, I'm simply not hearing "classic" when it plays.

The co-signers for this album (with the exception of Slang...tough for me to pinpoint outside of Wu) tells me that there has to be some serious bias involved here.

Not a classic in the least...IMO...

The War Report is better than The Untouchable.

And fuck an East Coast bias, War Report is bangin from front to back. The Untouchable is dope but there's clearly skip material on it. Nobody except absolute Scarface diehards consider it 5 stars.

And while I respect the Geto Boys, they would have been NOTHING without Face. Willie D on his own is trash.

Play Witcha Mama from Willie D is at least 4 stars.

Not every MC has to rap like canibus or rakim. Biz Markie was dope, ODB was dope and so are Willie D and Bushwick Bill. It's about entertainment and there is nothing more entertaining than a psychopathic suicidal perverted midget. Eazy-E is another one that gets by on personality

I agree that not every MC has to be lyrical to be dope. My point is that it makes no sense for people to clown Capone when some of the rappers they like are average at best.

For a long ass time, I thought Capone was a chick. Just sayin.

The production makes that CNN album what it is. Nostalgia can be blinding...
