X-raided

Damn, what a story. I'm not up on this guy but i was just reading the interview with Brotha Lynch Hung on Hiphopdx.com and heard about his story. I then went to Wikipedia to read up on it and was blown away by what happened. It's crazy that he can record music in prison without the guards knowing about it. It's unfortunate that his life got mixed up in that kind of stuff. Wondering if anybody had any thoughts about this?

About his story or his music?

I applaud the man's hustle and determination, but he is a convicted killer. So it really depends on where you see it on the moral scale. On the one hand, I like gangsta rap and the reality it reflects, on the other hand I don't agree with everything promoted or the lifestyle.

Musically, he is very average at best IMO. But I am sure his recording conditions have a lot to do with the quality of his vocals.

I definitlely don't condone what he did at all. BLH says he thinks X took the fall for somebody else. Are there any doubts that he did it or is that just BLH sticking up for his boy?

He's st8 but I could not get pass the vocal quality.

I have Psycho Active and it's on point. I haven't tried any of his less than studio albums. He's a good rapper but has done anything we haven't seen before.
