The last Ball and G album was awful and I am not wasting my money on this one unless I hear good things.
By all accounts Bone is going to be a big disappointment as well.

Flying Lotus and Ayatollah, but Ball and MJG?! IMO, those guys haven't put out a good album in 10 years. They fell off when they got with Puff. Nuff said.

And, for the record, the Bone Thugs record isn't going to be WACK, per se, but again it's not what I want out of a Bone Thugs album. That said, I'm still going to buy it because in all honesty I could use some semi-inspirational music in my life right now.

Keep Ya Head up N3ro - if the album is inspirational I will cop it - but if it is just pop I won't - let me know once/if it already leaks/leaked.

I mean, all the people that were at the Think Tanks have had the OG versions of these songs for months, which is why they're so pissed off it's been delayed almost a full year. And the consensus is more that the material isn't bad, it's just all done in a similar vein instead of being more balanced like previous bone releases. Also, some people don't care for Bone's new "Universe" style, which is kinda a hate it or love it thing.

If you don't mind listening to other genres, I find Pelican's The Fire In Our Throats Will Beckon The Thaw to be pretty motivational/inspirational. It's completely instrumental so you don't have to worry about white people singing.

Rock-ish, mixes a bunch of different styles. The album starts out with an epic feel and then ends with some contemplative tracks. Here, I'll let you decide:

What? You didn't like Ridin High? Best thing Diddy pushed since Ready To Die. Memphis is my shit, I love that track.

The Ayatollah is a mostly instrumental digital release. The only emcee I see listed is Sadat X, but it was suggested that there were more. Anybody?

HiphopDX said it was strictly 1 sadat feature on the album... no other emcees.

Ayatollah raps, also, but I don't know if he raps on this album or not.

Well, I liked Ball and MJG better when they had more soul in their music. It just seems like their sound is becoming more generic with the same mainstream features as everyone else on their albums.
