| I use to say Quality but it does lose some steam toward the end of the album. Its real front load heavy. But Eardrum has the dopeness spread out well, the aiight songs are spread out well also. So i'll go Eardrum just a tad but I haven't listened to Quality in awhile so it may change as soon as I do...lol. |

| Eardrum is decent, but it's a bloated, scatter-shot effort. It's as least 20 minutes longer than it should be, it's full of recycled idea and it never really gains a good flow. Quality has some of the same issues, but on a lesser scale, and Kweli was a better, more inspired rapper when he made Quality. He really hasn't had a fresh idea since. | |

| I do agree with Jason that it was long winded and Quality just struck real fast but real good. Thats some good points. |

I disagree. Ear Drum is one of my top albums in the past 5 years. There isn't a track on it I don't like. There are standouts, but I can listen to the whole album straight through and always do every time I bump it from the day I bought it. It's only gotten stronger with time. I'd probably give it the personal classic tag. So Ear Drum wins easily for me since Quality is 4 stars IMO. | |

| Sorry I'm late with this one, lol. Quality is the better album IMO, although Eardrum is very good in its own right. It's better that The Beautiful Struggle. |
