How could you forget one of the most homo album covers in all of hip hop.

I like this album. Its a chill just goodtime album. It puts me mind of a east coast version of the 2nd II None album. Two average rappers with tons of chemistry rapping over dope beats. I haven't listened to it in a loong time but I remember digging it.

I can't help but laugh at this album cover, because of what Kool Kim has become... lol

This is a near classic for me, though.

I put it around 4 stars. Was a very dope album to just chill and have a good time with. Not sure how it stands up to the test of time though. I'll have to spin it and find out.

Cool album, don 't really bump it much anymore. Can't really give a definitive rating because it's been a long minute since I last gave it a spin.

I love this album! When I heard One To Grow On the other day on XM it made me wanna revisit it. The production and rhymes are excellent. It's crazy how Kool Kim did a complete transformation between this style and NYOIL but nevertheless this album is a straight banger. Definitely an LP that you can play no matter what kind of mood your in. 4.5 stars easily.

I've had this album in my hand countless times at FYE, but i always pass on it. I'll give it a listen sometime.

It's well worth a purchase, and a steal for FYE's new prices.

I'm sure you could find it cheaper somewhere other than FYE. Well worth it, though, especially if they have the 9.99 deal.

Yeah the Wild Pitch re-releases are bullshit. I have had a brand new cd that skips, the artwork is all fucked up. Nearly as bad as the rap-a-lot re-releases. They both need to copy the cold chillin re-releases, they have me buying music i don't really give a shit about

I haven't heard this album but i have nearly bought it for a few years now but went with something else. Sounds like i should grab it in my next order

Although i wish the new Shan and Roxanne Shante were 2 discs like the rest, and they need to quit fucking around with bullshit releases and give BDK's first two albums the deluxe treatment

I also agree with the shitty Rap-A-Lot re-releases. I hate them with a passion. I have a few Geto Boys re-releases and i hate them.

This is easily a Wild Pitch classic IMO, but I'll go 4.5 stars to be safe. On a good day I'd give it a 5.
