Now this is one of my fav yrs in hip hop period. This year actually gave me hope for hip hop.

^^^^ That's why listing honorable mentions is a BITCH move....it's supposed to be hard, but putting albums up to make yourself feel better or improve other's opinion is weak IMO.

This is also the only year 2K-present (besides 2K1) that can rival any of the (weaker) 90's years, and all the albums I listed I feel are objectively 5 stars.

Creed Chameleon - Love Potion Cyanide (I think this is a dope album, and it was released in 2006, but I didn't discover it until earlier this year. Ordered it from the discount bin on UGHH.)
