Think it should be expanded to 128 groups so everyone is satisfied. There will be one matchup per week. The process could take years but Rome wasn't built in a day. Any other scenario is unfeasible.

I couldn't come with 64 without just putting any type grps. Like 2nd II None, Poison Clan, La Costra, ICP, Ghetto Mafia, etc etc.

id personally replace Salt N Pepa and the Outlawz with other people, but its not up to me

i think Feestyle Fellowship or Dilated Peoples would be better choices than them

id probly also put Gravdiggaz in over Sunz of Man but hey, just my opinion!

S&P deserve to be in the tourney. I'd put Binary Star in over Outlawz or Jedi Mind Tricks though.

Yeah, JMT is a much better group than Binary Star (who has one album, and almost no other material at all.)

As much as i love MOTU, i'd have a hard time picking them over a group with a lengthy, well respected discog such as JMT.

I'd love for Guerilla Maab to be included, but it is what it is.

Salt n Pepe have NO chance of beating ANYONE on that list... period. G-maab should be in but only a few real heads will vote for them.

S & P belongs, period. If some of these other clowns are being added over them its a damn shame. And they could win a match up. Everyone on here is not closed minded to femcee's.

Not true. Even with your bias against female rappers you know they belong. They deserve it and they may surprise you on how far they get.

they do not.... haven't seen anyone mention them as a top 25 group or their favorite group period on this forum. I have seen people like PUTS mentioned by multiple people as their favorite group...etc. Simply they do not belong and they will not go past the first round.

Well I updated the list....

Kev I respect you for putting Company Flow on the list, but just like Non Phixion they have one album (both are revered as classics by their fans) but seriously groups with one fucking album shouldn't count, IMO. It's your list though and like I said props for trying to please people.

Why aren't Lords Of The Underground on the list? I know they wouldn't stand a chance, I just feel like they got overlooked on this one.

Tourney will play out with highest vs lowest seed (1 vs. 64)

and in the later rounds will alternate between high and mids (meanng winner of 1 vs. 64 will play the winner of 17 vs. 58)

Well Dayton family is a big staple in the Midwest and gangsta rap period. They also have a very strong catalog. TRU for the same reason being from the south they were big. But not discog wise.
