Victory's sample is very creative to begin with and then you add in the way Biggie is just flipping his lyrics over that "Rocky" sample and that's some creative shit my dude..

Biggie's lyrics here were some of his best IMO, that song is timeless!

That "Rocky" sample is extremely creative in my eyes, also the way Biggie presents his flow here is a little different in terms of cadence...it makes sense to the Pac rider and you not everybody else man, stop speaking for everyone...

nobody in a million years would ever list victory as a creative track ever, especially with the tired ass argument about a rocky sample thats been used a million times or him switching up his flow a little bit. take a look at the other tracks powell, and you will see true creativity.
