| I heard it only once so i'll hold up from rating it right now. But its worth a purchase and anybody that even mildly digs his past music should like this one also. Those first 3-4 trks kick the album off so hard that you may think you are about to hear a classic. I skipped only two trks and even those I may play at times.
He's kickin those thought provoking rhymes as usual and still having fun on a few trks so that balance is there. And Big Boi's verse on Ready Set Go (remix)>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

| I think God in The Building may be the only track i wasn't feeling too much. Also, Jeezy and Gucci kinda drag down their tracks, but Mike goes so damn hard on those tracks i can overlook the weak guests. | |

You must already knew which two trks I skipped...lol. That Jeezy song is so generic I could not make it through it. And that Gucci one isn't as bad but still was prettty generic to me. But who knows where they may stand with me with time. I wasn't to hype on that God In The Building either. It's good enough though. And I was a little pissed on how short that song American Dream was. That shit was dope.

| American Dream was way too short. It's a great song. I'll be honest. A lot of this album had me thinking of Cube's early material. I know those types of comparisons are frowned upon here, but i really feel that it is a valid comparison. Also, Ric Flair>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> | |

| I'm surprised you guys didn't like God In The Building. I heard that joint like 3 years ago and it was tight, unless they switched the beat on it since that time. | |

I bought it just for Swimming alone (my favorite song of 2010) and was VERY impressed by the rest of the album. Played it twice already

| Actually, Swimming could be the best song I've heard in a couple years. I've played it over 200 times and has not lost an ounce of replay. Flying Lotus >>>>>>>>>> | |

| Camera Day! What a beat, it would be hard to screw that one up. This isn't the album with all the El-P production is it? Probably not, I know that project is supposed to be called R.A.P. Music or something like that and it's supposed to come out end of the year. correct me if I'm wrong please or supply me with some info on that if anyone knows about it. | |

| I say 3.75-4.0. This album has those few real strong songs that will fool you into thinking its a higher rating. But there are some very average and skippable trks sprinkled throughout. He seems to try to dumb himself down at times because he is aware that cats do not want to hear an album full of "preaching" but I wish he knew his true fans want that more than his watered down songs. | |

| Admittedly I'm new to Killer Mike, and I'm thinking of checking this out. Should I, even in addition to most of the comments I already read on this thread? | |

| Yeah Wayne...this is a dope album...I have it rated at a 4.25. You should check it out. Ric Flair and Burn are my favorite tracks and are both on my Best Of 2011 Rap playlist. | |

| Wayne if you've never heard Killer Mike (for real?) start with "Monster." This CD is decent but I found the production frequently suspect. Not his best IMO. | |

| Yeah Monster is the place to start. Its a personal classic. If you want something more current check I Pledge Vol. 2 before his newest album. His newest album is good also but it ranks 3rd in his discog for me. | |

| Well, I just listened to this one (thanks to Spotify!) and although I like some songs (So Glorious, That's Life II, Ric Flair, Ready Set Go- orig & rmx, Burn, God In The Building II, etc), it's not enough to make this a purchase. The joint with Gucci Mane, Animal, I did not feel at all. Follow Your Dreams and American Dream are cool too. | |
