These were the most highly praised last year on the forum which one is the winner?

The Preface

Out of that list Untitled but Fun DMC and And I Love H.E.R. were both better in my book.

Can I edit the poll options? I need to change Raw Footage for EMC The Show.

I'll do a pt.2 later with 10 more albums so we can vote on two maybe.

Blood Doctrine. Then Elzhi

I picked Grey Hairs due to it being so fresh and dope for a new jack rapper and the album just having the right vibe, lyrics, subject matter, and production. LAX and Nas are right behind it for me.

Grey Hairs, huh? I thought that for a while, but I haven't had the urge to spin it in a while. It still sits comfortably in my top 10, though

Blood Doctrine easily... K Rob is dumb, deaf, and blind for not voting for that one... and gay ass rennaissance will probably win with it's boring ass beats and q-tip's high pitched bitching...

The Renaissance. Great production, soulful and organic, songwriting skill on full display, laid-back flow, a great return to ATCQ-form, with enough updates to the style for 2008.

What "updates" to the style are you referring to jason?

Seemed to be more musically eclectic to me, without going too far out from the core sound

I know but any post 2000 rapper to me is a newcomer especially when you only have two albums.

dont forget about Scientifik, he dropped a classic (Criminal) and close to a classic (The Most Blunted) before he died

The polls are really surprising me because I remember so may talking about Preface and Untitled but theyare not leading. Glad to see Immortal get some luv that album is top 5 for 2008 for me.

Out of these I'd say I listened to the Nas the most probably, but K-Rino is the best album up there IMO, so it got my vote.
