6 Reasons why rappers of yesteryear or better than rappers today

1. Public appearence. When the rappers of yesteryear did an interview on TV they seem sober,respectful, and intelligent. Like a young Snoop dog when he said "Hey, if you dont like who I am just be down with me on a musical level" Wow. Why cant rappers say something this smart nowadays. Today we get Webbie stating he has a big dick during an interview at the BET HIp Hop Awards . These rappers say and do all sorts of retarded stuff when the camera is rolling and blame criticism on hatin'. Hey, its different times.

2. Jail time. When I was a lad rappers stayed out of jail, especially when their career was budding. The only rappers that were known for spinning time in the can were Slick Rick and Tupac. Slick Rick's career was dormant when he even went to jail. But nowadays every single fuckin' rapper with platinum plaques and hot singles have done jail time. Except Rick Ross.

3. Im not a rapper. Waka Flocka said it. Jeezy said it. Lil Webbie said it. In my days NO rapper in his right mind would say they weren't rappers, not even Vanilla Ice or Hammer. They had too much respect for the game. Remember in a early 90's stand-up Damon Wayans called 2 Live Crew gangsters with microphones. Luke got highly offending by that remark and bit back with one of those diss tracks were he just talks over a beat. Nowadays rappers would consider that a compliment. "Yeah, Im not a rapper. Imma a gangster, ra ra ra"

4. Undefined words. Nowdays you got rappers talk about Trill and Hyphy and no one knows what it means. They dont paint a clear meaning. They seem like words to help sell an album. In my day we had G-Funk which definition was self explaining. Please tell me what the fuck is Trap music? Shits as ridiculous as Trip hop.

5. Boy George. Look at some old Boy George and The Culture Club videos and peep their ensemble. Now look at these rappers

6. Biting. There is a difference from biting and paying homage.Paying homage in when you acknowlege the originator, biting is ignoring the originator or just ride his dick hard. These rappers today fragrantly bite. Whats popular now is expected to get nibbled on like peices of cheese and cucumber at a White suburban dinner party,
