Hello to all, I have been absent for a bit, I am currently enjoying holidays in Sydney having a break from work and playin russian roulette every second day, although not having too much luck so far! Damn it!!

Most of you here will have at least seen the name Street Military thrown around once in a blue moon, if you are not already familiar with any of their work. Today I have picked the album " Mind Over Matter " by Street Military producer, and rapper, Icey Hott. 1999 on High Power Records out of Houston. I feel my past recommendations of this album have fallen upon deaf ears, so I will give it one last try, because for the pirce, especially (used from 1.98 on Amazon), it is definately worthwhile spending your lazy 2 bucks! In my view Icey has always been a talented producer. He is from Hiram Clarke, where Big Mello was from and was on his first LP Bone Hard Zaggin, and also appeared on Willie D's Goin Out Lika Soldier. An affiliate of K-Rino's South Park Coalition, he has done numerous tracks for various artists from within and without the SPC.

My overall view of this album is that it is of excellent quality, I don't have it in front of me right now, but from memory it's about 16 tracks, with only a couple weak spots. I always loved the sound he creates because it is unique, always sounds fresh and he is decent on the mic. This project I would give about 4.0 to 4.5 somewhere. Features from Z-Ro, SPM, Klondik Kat and more. Now to the videos (which unfortunately I couldn't find much, and the first one is incomplete, so you might need to spend that 2 dollaz if you wanna hear more? haha), Luck be with you all, and myself, too, I must now get back to the roulette "wheel".... king

V.4 > J Rock - Streetwize [1991]
V.3 > OTR Clique - Streets Deeper Than The Grave [1995]
V.2 > Chuck Nutt - Give It Up [1999]
V.1 > PG-13 - Rollin Wit Da PG [1990]

Yeah I know you own this one, Mr EDITor... lmao... props for that, though. I wanted to see if I can get any conversation from anyone, which just doesnt happen much around here in these lonely ol' threads.. There was some copies on Amz for less than 2 bucks which are now gone so I was really just wondering if anyone from here might have gone and bought it.

THis one is str8. I remeber when Icey Hott was on Willie D 2nd album. He is different and those songs out he a tad interested. No typical g-shit here.
