Honestly Powell, I do feel Matt Ryan is a good QB with the potential to be GREAT. The addition of Tony Gonzalez is only gonna make him better. Best rookie QB I've seen since Dan Marino.

That said, The Giants are a better team than the Falcons because ATL doesn't play good defense.

Their defense and the best RB in the league give them Superbowl ambitions. I think Favre is better than jackson and Rosenfels so they definitely upgraded.
