Probably not. Maybe Atmosphere & Binary Star.
Not sure how people categorize them, but Tanya Morgan is 2/3 Midwest & Lone Catalysts are 1/2 Midwest, but formed in Ohio. Not sure if they'll be nominated (they'd get my vote), but those 4 are probably be the only ones anybody would agree on (on a small scale).
Obviously my #1 pick is Unknown Prophets. And I doubt they'll be nominated. So expect to see a shit load of neither votes from me in the Midwest category.
