| Sad that these guys have 8 neither votes. They have anywhere between 2-4 classic albums, and they're one of the most consistent groups in hip-hop history.
It'd be a shame if they don't make the list. They've been in the game since 1989 and they're STILL making dope music. How many MC's/groups can you say that about? Posdanous is one of the most underrated MC's of all time, he can outspit a lot of cats even today, and Trugoy and Maseo are pretty dope too.
I know this is a personal preference thing, but I just wanted to big up De La, one of the dopest groups of all time. |

| i can respect that KJ, and you have to admit you have more of a jazz-rap/alt-rap lean, so those who appreciate gangsta more may have them more like top 15. cant fault your reasoning at all though |

I'm a fan of both jazz rap and hardcore, but you're right many of my favs are jazzy (Tribe, Roots, De La, Pete & CL, etc). |
