| This one was tough for me because IMO Freestyle Fellowship changed rhyme styles on the west coast in a lot of ways. But they're also like Divine Styler in that they probably get by more on their potential then their actual catalogue. Neither. |

| Neither. While these guys are extremely talented lyricists, the choppiness of the formula and lack of dope production keeps me from fully enjoying their albums. Innercity Griots is a classic for lyricism (and for the west coast), but the production and formula holds it back a bit IMO. | |
