Only thing that kills Celph like most of these types is being one dimensional. I would pay top dollar to see him, Rino, Canibus, and Enimem in a battle.

Yeah there are different degrees of lyricists imo. Like the true to life, emotion, and poetic type of lyricists.

Dre and Cee-lo will get mentioned whether or not they're on any one's lists.

I enjoy Z-Ro much more for his delivery then his lyrics themselves. If you put Ro in it you gotta put people like Tech N9ne in there too and I'm not interested in that can or worms.

Del and Doom deserve a mention but I'll probably be alone on that.

Del does, but Doom sucks and always will.

Ah Alan as always I respect your choices but Big Mike, Boots, and Bun B do not fit the bill imo. And Heavy D was almost one of mine but he is a more wide range lyricists than just for this criteria.
