| So, my proposal was that Powell do the 80's, Kev do the 90's and I'll take the 00's. I'm going to do mine like Esco is now doing the album of 2009 thread, you guys do whatever you want. |

| For the record, I say Blueprint, but accidentally checked Stillmatic. Is there a way to correct that? | |

Uh, I assume SC will be nominated at some point. Calm down lil buddy. As for this match up, I'll go With The Blueprint quite easily. Both are classics IMO, but Stillmatic has skip material. Blueprint has none IMO.

I think follows the same format as the album of the year thread since N3R0 started both. The idea is that you at least pick the album you like most even if you dislike both. i mean Herpes and AIDS are both horrible, but if i had to pick, i'd rather have Herpes. So ask yourself, which one of those albums is hepres and which one is AIDS.

Slang you are the ULTIMATE Wu-Tang groupie man....I mean this gathering of black men is on your mind when you go to sleep...when you wake up...when you talk to your family I have NEVER (outside of Trotter's obsession with those Monsta's dudes) seen such reverance man... Do you own a pair of Wu-Tang boxers? how about a Masta Killa toothbrush??? lol Anyway Stillmatic is EASILY a top album of this decade for me! Blueprint is good too but it's like Jay's 4th best album IMO!

| Kendrick I ain't mad, just calling you out on your bullshit.
Stillmatic is EASILY one of the best albums of the decade. One Mic is the best song on either album (referring to Stillmatic and The Blueprint) and Nas ripped through Jay's soul like Ether, so I chose Stillmatic.
As for Pounds, I wonder about your tastes sometimes, but it's whatever. These are both Top 10 albums of the decade but Stillmatic wins for me. |

| Stillmatic isn't even 5 stars.... but it's whatever... let people ignore the 2-3 wack songs... and the horrendous braveheart party... |

I can think of numerous albums you've given 5 stars that aren't even close IMO, but it's whatever. The only skip track is Braveheart Party, which was only included on the first run editions of Stillmatic. |

| I don't care what edition it is included on - you can't change history. Personally Stillmatic hits around 4.5 stars because of Braveheart party and 2-3 other tracks I don't bump.
My point is there is nothing even remotely as wack as braveheart party on ANY edition of Blueprint - yet to you Stillmatic wins EASILY?
please.... |

please.... I just feel it's a better album than The Blueprint. There are three songs on Stillmatic (One Mic, Rule, and Ether) that I like better than anything on BP. Both are classics but I spin Stillmatic much more. Plain and simple. I never said it won easily, I said it wins for me by a hair. But anyone who says that this isn't one of the better albums of the decade is either insane, a Nas hater, or both. |
