| Felt 3: A Tribute to Rosie Perez John Robinson/Doom: Who is This Man? Reef the Lost Cauze: Vicious Cycle Rise & The Avid Record Collector: Risen K-Rino: Solitary Confinement
Royce and Chamber Music are two albums I'm sleeping on that I think could be serious contenders. I guess Slaughterhouse may have potential, too. I'm not sure how much I can appreciate anything with Budden, though.

I just get tired of people bitching and moaning about not hearing quality when they don't listen to new shit. THAT is annoying.
I see 10 records you haven't heard on these lists, at least. |

| "Foundation (MOP)"
Damn, I completely forgot about this after I got it. I think I got it around the time Mega and Royce dropped; that's probably why. I remember really liking it, though.
And, I asked Steve the same thing earlier; he said he publicly took that back or something stupid. I wasn't really paying attention.

Its just been such a very average year especially when I was comparing it to last year. I have only 3 albums that I truly feel rank 4.5 or above so far. And a lot of other ones fall in the 3.5-3.75 range so thats a big drop off to me. |

This isn't the Albums I want to check out thread. I have checked it out, and actually own it. Everybody has their own opinions. I think it's different than his usual stuff, but I like the album as a whole. It's kinda like a biography, or at least an inside look at a certain time in his life.

| LOL. I read the thing you wrote on the bottom and thought it said "The albums I want to check out from 09" or something. I haven't heard it, so I can't judge, but everyone that has said something to me about it has had nothing but negative-ness. | |

Nope, those listed are the ones I have checked out. Well, my favorites of the ones I've checked out. And yeah, the negative-ness doesn't surprise me. Like I said, it's outside of his norm, and the production on it isn't the greatest. I still enjoy it though. Edit: If I didn't peep Raekwon so late, I'd have OB4CL2 ahead of Esoteric. If this thread happened like 6 months from now, that would be the case also.
